Among those who thought their content marketing efforts were most successful, 59% had a documented strategy compared with 18% for the least successful marketers. The numbers were similar on the B2B side.

Cuando aparecieron hace unos años las tiendas de productos a granel, se convirtieron en uno de esos elementos al alza en las ciudades de todo tamaño. En cierto modo, el boom de todo lo retro y el interés por todas las cosas que parecían antiguas tuvo un impacto sobre cómo eran estos espacios y sobre cómo llegaban a los consumidores. Eran como la tienda de la abuela, parecía. Pero en realidad lo que hizo que estos espacios se multiplicasen no fue solo eso.
Por un lado, estaba también el creciente interés de los consumidores por las cosas más respetuosas con el entorno, lo que implicaba reducir plásticos y packaging. Es lo que también hace que ahora mismo, por ejemplo, este creciendo el poder de convocatoria de las tiendas de productos de limpieza verdes y a granel.
Por otro lado, mostraban cómo estaba cambiando el packaging y cómo los consumidores buscaban cosas diferentes. La marca y el modo en el que se presentaba al consumidor no era tan importante como el producto en sí y hasta como la marca más global en la que eso se enmarcaba.
